Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
RhythmKeep is an iOS application provided by DonsonlineStoreLLC, a Florida limited liability company ("RhythmKeep," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how the RhythmKeep app and rhythmkeep.com handle information.
2. Information handled by the app
Routines and preferences. The routines, schedules, reminder settings, activity history, interests, and preferences you create are stored locally on your iPhone using Apple system storage. The current version does not upload this information to a RhythmKeep server and does not use iCloud synchronization.
Optional Apple profile. If you choose Sign in with Apple, the Apple user identifier and any name or email Apple provides are stored only in the secure Keychain on that iPhone. RhythmKeep does not transmit that profile to a RhythmKeep server. You can use the app without signing in.
Notifications. Reminder notifications are scheduled locally through iOS. RhythmKeep does not receive a record of whether you view or interact with a notification.
Purchases. Optional RhythmKeep Pro purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. RhythmKeep reads the verified subscription status needed to unlock features but does not receive or store your payment-card details.
Backups. When a Pro user deliberately exports or imports a backup, RhythmKeep creates or reads a JSON file at the location the user selects. Exported files remain under the user’s control.
3. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
The current version of RhythmKeep does not include third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not use app information for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.
4. Website and support information
RhythmKeep.com does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the website, may process standard network and security information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time to deliver and secure the site.
If you email [email protected], we receive the email address, message, and other information you choose to include. We use it only to respond, provide support, protect our rights, and meet legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Apple for Sign in with Apple, StoreKit purchases, and iOS services; by Cloudflare to host and secure the website; and by the email providers involved when you contact support. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, RhythmKeep, or the public.
6. Retention and deletion
App information remains on the iPhone until you delete it in RhythmKeep, delete the optional local Apple profile from Settings, or uninstall the app. Exported backup files remain wherever you placed them until you delete them. Support communications are retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. You may request deletion of support information by emailing us, subject to records we must retain.
7. Security
RhythmKeep uses Apple platform protections, including local app storage and the iOS Keychain for optional Apple profile information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and users should keep their devices and exported backups protected.
8. Children’s privacy
RhythmKeep is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information you provide to us, including access, correction, or deletion. To make a request, contact us using the address below. Because core app data stays on your device, we generally cannot access or retrieve it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as RhythmKeep evolves. We will post the updated policy here and revise the date above. If a future version adds server synchronization, analytics, or other materially different practices, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures before or with that release.
